Our synagogue strives to make everything it offers accessible to every member and visitor.  Hence our refurbished building, with its flat entrance, lift and ramps.  This principle extends equally strongly to communications.

The monthly printed magazine, Highlight, has traditionally been the chief means of keeping everybody informed and in touch, and modern media enable us to make information available in more accessible, flexible and interactive formats to those for whom that is a priority.  Talking Highlight, a spoken version of the printed magazine, recorded in many cases by the authors of the articles and enhanced by suitable music, makes key dates, news and comments available to those who have difficulty with the printed word.  Some members just request it because they enjoy it!  It is available via the Caring Community committee, c/o the synagogue office.
