“The Surprising Legacy of Anne Frank”

A Talk by Gillian Walnes Perry MBE

Writer, speaker, and lecturer, she recently retired as full-time Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Anne Frank Trust UK, but remains its Honorary Vice President. She has many years’ experience of speaking and broadcasting in the UK and around the world, in venues such as 10 Downing Street and the United Nations.

Gillian Perry looks at the surprising educational impact of Anne Frank across the globe over the past three decades, exploring the various legacies of her influence. She shares new insights into the real Anne Frank, personally gifted by those who actually knew her. Global icons such as Nelson Mandela and Audrey Hepburn relate the influence that Anne Frank had on shaping their own lives.
